Lokal Boy

eminem is the first thing that comes to mind. nice voice. nice flow. nice lyrics. this is a BIG THUMBS UP. i'll have to listen more, but i'll probably end up giving this guy my VOTE.

Rehab Royale

i dont know if i really like this band, but i know someone out there will like them. i go for "pissed off" more than "having a good time" and this just isn't pissed off enough, lol. i dont know, i think they're growing on me. male vocals + male & female back-up. fast is always good. anyway, i'd say check 'em out. i'm pretty sure i'll be giving them my vote.

samhain

um. i absolutely hate the sound of a violin, but this gets a thumbs up because i can't be a good judge of it. does sound like there might be a few mistakes in some spots. i really don't know.

Rock Anonymus

most people might wonder why the hell this is in thumbs up. but. i do actually find this one to be a bit amusing. and. if they were serious, i bet they actually could have a decent band. so. thumbs up. but you might not like it.

Dirt Show

i recommend you check this band out, they sound really talented. not sure if they're for me though. i start thinking "cheezy" when i hear squealing guitars. i really love certain parts of it. i have to listen more to know what my personal opinion is, but yeah, they're good.

LUME Big Band

not something i'm into, but check them out if you are into jazzy-type ensembles. "free style boogie" is pretty cool.

"LUME (Lisbon Underground Music Ensemble) is a collective of 15 musicians with diverse backgrounds and experiences in the fields of jazz, pop, rock, classic, contemporary and improvised music...."

One Fine Day

i liked this when i first heard it quickly, but upon stopping back a few months later and listening more closely, i don't think it's something that stands out so much. still thumbs up though.

The Whirling Dervish

not for me but a band i'd recommend.
thumbs up.
